Application Procedure for Admission

Complete the Application Form together with followong ducuments:

• Photocopy of ID/Passport (the whole booklet including all the blank pages)
• 8 (eight) passport-sized Photographs
• 2 (two) certifed true copies of all Academic Qualifications (in English Translation)
• 2 (two) certifed true copies of English Language Proficiency (if applicable)
• Application Fees of Rp. 250.000,-

For International Students

• All international students are required to pay a sum of U$ 5,000 as Prepaid Fee which shall be used towards paying the first semester tuition fee and enrollment-related fees and any balance will be used for the same in the subsequent semester(s), if applicable.
• In the subsequent years each time before our College renews your student visa, you are required to pay in advance 2 semeters tuition fee or Rp. 30.000.000 (approximately U$ 3,300)
• Your application shall be sent to INTI College Indonesia at least 2 (two) months prior to the commencement of each intake.
• After the issuance of the Letter of Offer, we will, on your behalf, submit an application for student visa to the Immigration Office in Indonesia. This process may take appoximately 1,5 to 2 months.
• Upon obtaining the approval, a Student Visa Approval Letter will be issued by the Immigration Office. We will then send the Approval Letter to you.
• You are required to obtain a single entry visa from the Embassy of Indonesia or the Indonesia Consulate in your home country (if applicable) before entering Indonesia.
• Please provide details of your arrival to us (Fax No.: +62 21 565 4970) at least 3 (three) working days prior to your departure to Indonesia.
• Student visa is not necessary if students are sponsored by their parents. The Local Tuition Fee is applicable.
• All fees are NOT refunable under any circumstances. Application fee is not including, visa processing fee.
