Customer Service is one part of our Marketing Department. Our Customer Service Officer provides various services to the prospective students, parents and the existing students.

The services are:

1. Gathering complaints and channeling the complaints to the designated staff.
2. Facilitate students or parents or visitors with accurate information regarding to the College.
3. Helping students to get the right procedure when withdrawing from the college.
4. Provide students with information on study options at Inti College Indonesia.
